In addition to a wide range of modern vacuum forming equipment, the company has its own hand and table routering, 5 axis CNC trimming, vertical and horizontal bandsawing, hand and pillar drilling, die cutting and welding facilities for the assembly and finishing of components. All factors of production (personnel, equipment, buildings and materials) is continually monitored to ensure adequacy to achive conformity of product whilst most importantly working within the framework of all statutory and regulatory requirements applicable.
